I cannot say enough about Valerie. She came into an extremely difficult situation and handled it without flaw. Where others had failed, she mastered with grace. She remained completely professional and patient throughout the several months I worked with her–requiring us to talk almost every single day. She knows how to wear and juggle many hats and makes it look easy. Even though her professionalism never wavered, she still has a human factor about her and knows just how to present comfort and support when it’s needed.
